On 12 November 2020, from 13:30 to 15:30, the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Buzău hosted the conference "Economic growth of Romanian agriculture: soil fertilisation measures and halting desertification in Romania". The scientific event was organised by ASCIOR, the Association for Orthodox Civilisation (Asociația pentru Civilizația Ortodoxă), led by Eng. Nicolae Mușat. Speakers: Prof. Florian Colceag, PhD, mathematician; Assoc. Prof. Alexandru Stănilă, PhD, Eng.; Costel Vînătoru, PhD, Eng.; inventor Iuliean Horneț; Eng. Otilia Magheru; Eng. Aurel Tănase; Maj. Gen. Prof. Nicolae N. Roman, PhD. Guest of honour: Eng. Constantin Toma, Mayor of Buzău. Up to 20 agricultural specialists and farmers were invited by name by Eng. Nicolae Mușat and economist Elena Neguț.
