The invoice comes from the organisation that sold you the goods. For most orders that is the producer, not the association, so an order split across producers produces more than one invoice.
Each producer in the network sells in its own name and is the seller of record for its part of an order. Its own registered details appear on the invoice, and it is the party you contract with.
The association operates the platform and does not sell those goods. Where the association is itself the seller — for membership, events or its own services — the invoice carries its details: Asociația Europeană pentru Promovarea Turismului și a Tradițiilor „Tracia Land”, Bucharest, Sector 1, Str. Jiului no. 4, CIF 34208007.
Invoices are issued electronically and sent to the e-mail address on the order, normally at dispatch. They are also available from your account for as long as it exists.
Business customers in Romania receive the invoice through the national RO e-Factura system, which is the legally required channel. The copy you receive by e-mail is a convenience; the one in the system is the record.
Consumer orders are paid at checkout, or on delivery where that option was offered, so the invoice records a payment already made.
Business accounts trading on agreed terms pay within 30 days of the invoice date unless a different term is written into their agreement. Late payment carries statutory interest.
An invoice, once issued, is not edited. A mistake is corrected by issuing a correcting document that cancels or amends the original, so both remain on record. Tell us at [email protected] what is wrong and the issuing organisation will handle it.
Invoices are kept for the period Romanian accounting law requires and stay available to the party they were issued to, regardless of which parts of the platform are switched on.
If the online invoice area is unavailable, request a copy by e-mailing [email protected] with the order number or the invoice number. The copy is sent to the address the document was issued to — never to a third party.
