Updates about an order, a message from another member, or a change to something you are part of normally appear in your account. That list is unavailable at the moment, so here is how to stay in touch in the meantime.
Nothing is lost. Everything that happens is still recorded against your order, your conversation, or your quote, and it will be waiting in your account when the list comes back.
If you are expecting an answer about something specific, the fastest route is to write to the person or the producer directly — orders and conversations both show who is on the other side.
Write to [email protected]. Say what the message is about — an order number, a member name, a quote reference — and we will find it.
We do not send marketing by email or by text, and we never ask for a password or a payment detail in a message.
We will not ask you to confirm your account by following a link in an unexpected message. If something claiming to be from us asks for that, it is not from us; forward it to [email protected] and we will look at it.
