Accepted payment methods

Card, bank transfer, and in some cases payment on delivery. The methods available to you are shown at checkout, because not every producer offers every one.

Paying by card

We accept Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards, processed by an authorised payment provider. We never see or hold your card number.

Card payments go through strong customer authentication, so your bank will usually ask you to confirm the payment in its app or by a code. This is a legal requirement across the European Union and is not something we can skip.

Paying by bank transfer

Bank transfer is available for larger orders and for business customers. We issue the payment details with the order and dispatch once the funds arrive, which normally adds one to two working days.

Paying on delivery

Some producers accept payment to the courier on delivery. Where it is offered it appears as an option at checkout, and it may carry a small handling fee shown before you confirm. It is not available for made-to-order goods.

Currency and in-person purchases

Prices are shown and charged in Romanian lei. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank converts at its own rate and may add a fee; that conversion is between you and your bank.

Buying in person at a market or from a producer is settled directly with that producer, by whatever means they accept. Those purchases do not pass through this site at all.
