The cluster does not run its own certification scheme. It relies on the standards a producer already holds and on the judgement of the hub that introduced them.
That legally required certifications for the product category are in place and current, that the description on a listing matches what is actually produced, and that claims about origin can be substantiated.
Where a producer holds a recognised designation or organic certification, that is shown on the listing. Where they do not, no substitute claim is invented for them.
If something in the catalogue does not match what arrived, write to [email protected]. Concerns are passed to the regional hub, which is the party that can actually resolve them with the producer.
