Orders are shipped by the producer who made the item, not from a central warehouse. That keeps the goods fresh and the money in the region, and it means an order containing items from several producers arrives as several parcels.
We deliver throughout Romania and to addresses in the European Union. Delivery outside the European Union is arranged case by case, because customs treatment and carrier availability differ by destination; write to [email protected] before ordering.
An order containing items from more than one producer is dispatched as separate consignments, each from its own producer. The parts may arrive on different days.
Goods held in stock are dispatched within two working days of order confirmation. Goods made to order, and seasonal goods that depend on a harvest or a production run, carry their own lead time on the product page.
In every case, delivery takes place no later than 30 days from the day the contract is concluded, which is the maximum permitted by law. If a producer cannot meet that deadline we tell you before it expires and you may cancel and receive a full refund.
The delivery charge is calculated at checkout and shown in full before you pay. It depends on the producer, the weight and the destination, and it is charged once per consignment, so an order split across producers can carry more than one charge.
We use national courier services. Chilled and short-life foods travel in insulated packaging and are dispatched only on days that avoid a weekend in transit, which can delay a dispatch by a day or two.
Risk passes to you when you or someone you nominate takes physical possession of the goods. Until then any loss or damage in transit is ours to resolve.
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, note it with the courier where you can and photograph the packaging before opening it. Tell us within 48 hours at [email protected] and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. Reporting later does not remove your rights, but photographs make it far quicker to settle.
