During Mrs. Magheru's presentation, the following useful strategies and tools were identified for promoting an area or objective: Creating an event agenda that covers 365 days Creating an umbrella brand for the region Best-practice examples: Wine Story - promoting specific wines and, implicitly, the regions they come from / a strategy used successfully in Bulgaria and the Republic of Moldova within cross-border cooperation projects Developing experiential tourism packages - together with the observation that tourism operators should adopt the name and orientation of operators in the experience industry The cluster is the market's response to the current situation in tourism Tourism must become specialized, focused on a very specific product, not diffuse There must be joint promotion of a region's cultural agenda
